(You will receive $2,500 after the successful completion of each of your first 3 contracts with us)Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for patients with a wide range of cardiac and vascular conditions. The CV Telemetry RN is responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring, interpreting rhythm strips, and managing patients who are at risk for or are recovering from cardiac events. The ideal candidate is an expert in cardiac rhythm analysis, possesses strong critical-thinking skills, and is dedicated to delivering precise, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret rhythm strips with accuracy.Administer medications and treatments, including cardiac-specific drugs, as prescribed.Monitor patient vital signs, lab values, and identify changes in cardiac status.Educate patients and their families on their heart condition, medications, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with cardiologists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless plan of care.Manage a diverse patient population, including those with heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedural care.Qualifications:Active RN license in Louisiana.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Cardiovascular Telemetry or Cardiac nursing experience.COVID vaccine and recent TB test may be requiredBenefits:Weekly pay with competitive ratesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchReferral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our networkFlexible schedules and personalized career supportAbout ATC HealthcareATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
