A growing litigation and trial firm is seeking an experienced Law Firm Office Administrator to oversee administrative operations, HR coordination, compliance management, and office leadership within its Beverly Hills office. This Law Firm Office Administrator role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized operations professional with prior law firm management experience and the ability to support a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.The Law Firm Office Administrator will work closely with firm leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while supporting employee relations, vendor management, office administration, and strategic operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and experience managing multiple operational priorities within a litigation-focused legal environment.This is a fully onsite position based in Beverly Hills.Law Firm Office Administrator ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources and Staff ManagementLead onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesServe as a primary point of contact for HR, benefits, and employee relations mattersSupport administrative staff management and workflow coordinationAssist with delegation of administrative responsibilities across departmentsFoster a professional, collaborative, and organized office environmentOperations and ComplianceOversee daily office operations and administrative functionsMaintain corporate registrations and compliance requirements across multiple statesEnsure operational procedures align with firm policies and business needsCoordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and administrative support for firm leadership as neededMaintain organized personnel, operational, and administrative recordsFinancial and Vendor ManagementManage administrative invoices and coordinate with accounting regarding payments and approvalsTrack office supply inventory and oversee office equipment managementCoordinate vendor relationships and service providersAssist with reporting, presentations, and operational documentation as requestedSupport office budgeting and administrative expense managementStrategic Operations and Firm InitiativesSupport office expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projectsLead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and process improvementCoordinate internal communications, office events, and culture-related initiativesCollaborate closely with firm leadership regarding operational planning and firm administrationQualificationsPrior office administrator experience within a law firm requiredLitigation firm experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, leadership, and operational management skillsExperience managing administrative staff and vendor relationshipsKnowledge of basic accounting principles and office budgeting processesStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively with attorneys, executives, and professional staffProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite requiredFamiliarity with legal software systems preferredBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferredCompensation and Work EnvironmentSalary range: $125,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experienceFull-time, fully onsite position in Beverly HillsOpportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing litigation firmCollaborative and fast-paced professional environmentThis Law Firm Office Administrator opportunity offers the chance to oversee critical operational functions while helping support the continued growth and success of a dynamic litigation practice.
