Pallet Builder/Repair

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing customized pallets according to client specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and thrive in a hands-on work environment.Pay:Range between $20-$26/hr including weekly production bonusSchedule:Monday- Friday1st shift 6am-2:30pmKey Responsibilities:- Measure, and construct pallets tailored to client needs and specifications.- Select appropriate materials via careful consideration of weight and durability- Use a range of woodworking tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble pallet components precisely.- Ensure all custom pallets meet safety and quality standards set by the company and industry regulations.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a pallet builder, carpenter, or similar role in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.- Proficiency in using power tools and machinery common to the carpentry trade, such as nail gun- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.- Flexibility to adapt to varying production goals and client demands.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.Benefits:-Paid sick time- Paid time off- 401K- Employee Assistance Program- Paid Federal Holidays- Parental Leave
