We help clients optimize performance, secure critical applications, and drive digital transformation through world-class IT support.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Database Administrator (DBA) to support, optimize, and secure our clients’ SAP HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HANA database administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability, with a proven track record of supporting mission-critical SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain SAP HANA databases in single- and multi-tenant environments.Monitor database health, performance, and growth, ensuring high availability and reliability.Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for SAP HANA systems.Conduct database upgrades, patching, and security hardening.Troubleshoot and resolve HANA database issues, including memory, CPU, and disk utilization.Implement performance tuning and optimization for queries and workloads.Collaborate with SAP Basis and application teams to ensure seamless system operations.Manage user access, roles, and security compliance within HANA.Document configurations, procedures, and best practices for database administration.Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).3–5+ years of experience in SAP HANA database administration.Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA installation, upgrades, and patch management.Proficiency in HANA backup/recovery, system replication, and disaster recovery.Knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/SUSE) and shell scripting.Experience with performance monitoring tools (HANA Studio, Cockpit, DBA Cockpit, etc.).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP HANA cloud solutions.SAP HANA DBA certification highly preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on enterprise-grade SAP HANA environments.Growth-oriented environment with certification and skill development support.Competitive compensation and benefits.Exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies and cloud integrations.
