🚨 Now Hiring: Structural Steel Estimator 🚨We’re looking for an experienced Structural Steel Estimator with a strong background in steel fabrication and commercial construction projects. If you have expertise in take-offs, bid preparation, blueprint reading, and project coordination, we’d love to connect with you!Responsibilites:• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates from structural steel drawings• Develop proposals, bid packages, and pricing strategies• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout project execution• Assist with budgeting, material forecasting, and manpower planning• Review project specifications, ADA requirements, and construction documentationRequirements:• 5+ years of estimating experience in structural steel / steel fabrication• Strong blueprint reading and construction document interpretation skills• Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects preferred• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating spreadsheets• Ability to manage multiple bids/projects in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills• Clean driving record• Ability to pass a drug screen• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detailInterested or know someone who could be a fit?
