If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and looking for a career with purpose, we’d be proud to have you on our team.Job Description: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our company controller, branch leadership, and executive team to provide financial insights and support our continued growth in both Arizona & Nevada.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct monthly financial close processes.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.Provide necessary documentation for audits.Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.Prepare weekly cash forecasts.Other reporting and tasks as necessary to support the leadership team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 100 and Net Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401K plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.
