Job Summary
At Wand Dental Laboratory, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier dental products using cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled team. We are currently seeking a CAD/CAM Designer with 10 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proficient in designing anterior, posterior, All-on-Four, implant bridges, inlay/onlay, veneers, and full arch rehabilitation cases. The ideal candidate will be experienced with IOS case design using iTero and Trios and proficient with the 3Shape system. As a CAD/CAM Designer, you will be responsible for performing CAM for complex restorations, managing milling machines, maintaining high-quality control, and assisting in digital and surgical guide production.

Responsibilities & Requirements of the CAD/CAM Designer:
10 years of experience in dental CAD/CAM design
Expertise in 3Shape software and IOS design with iTero and Trios
Strong understanding of milling machines and quality control processes
Design anterior, posterior, All-on-Four, implant bridges, inlay/onlay, veneers, and full arch rehabilitation cases
Perform CAM for Full Arch and other complex restoration millings
Conduct dental model digital scanning using 3Shape scanning system
Manage and monitor milling machines to ensure continuous operation until queues are empty
Perform quality control of milled units
Download and process intraoral scans (IOS)
Accept IOS cases and create work orders
Design digital models for 3D printing and post-process printed models
Assist with surgical guide production, including nesting, printing, post-processing, grinding, and polishing
Perform all other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
