This is a full-stack role — you will work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (JavaScript / React), building real features for real customers from Day 1. We are looking for people who are passionate, curious, and self-motivated. You don't need to know everything — you need to love learning, take ownership, and never stop asking questions.Tech StackBackend: Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Background jobs (Sidekiq)Frontend: JavaScript / React, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Responsive UI development, Tooling & Practices, Git & GitHub, Agile / sprint-based workflowWhat You Will DoBuild and ship features across our product using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/ReactWrite clean, readable, and well-tested codeParticipate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedbackWork closely with the product and design team to understand requirements and translate them into working softwareDebug and fix issues — own problems end-to-endContribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions as you growLearn fast — our codebase will teach you things no textbook canWho We Are Looking ForFresh graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience in software developmentB.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field)Strong understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, complexityFamiliarity with at least one backend or frontend language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)Understanding of how the web works — HTTP, APIs, databasesBasic knowledge of SQL and relational databasesComfort with Git for version controlStrong problem-solving mindset — willingness to figure things out independentlyNice to HavePrior experience with Ruby on Rails (even via personal projects or tutorials)Exposure to React or any modern JavaScript frameworkAny deployed project — open source contribution, hackathon project, internship workFamiliarity with agile / sprint-based workflowsStrong academic record — but we value curiosity and hustle over gradesCompensation & PerksWe offer competitive fresher compensation benchmarked to the India market.
