About the Opportunity:The Talent & Experience Coordinator supports efforts to build and sustain a positive company culture and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Employee Success, this role is responsible for organizing and executing activities and programs that enhance the employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, onboarding, and engagement. The position plays a key role in promoting employee experience and aligning cultural initiatives with business goals.3. Responsibilities:• Develop and communicate talent branding and employee voice content internally and externally• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events, both online and in person• Collaborate with HR leaders to align culture and engagement efforts with organizational objectives• Serve as an employee advocate supporting people and culture initiatives• Manage scheduling, tracking, and communications for programs such as Employee Referrals and Campus Recruiting• Analyze data to identify trends relevant to employee experience and engagement4. Requirements:• 1 to 3 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or HR• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Experience with online and in-person communication tactics and campaigns• Proficiency in administrative tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering community and culture• Aptitude for data analysis and trend identification5.
