These positions are temp-to-hire, offering full benefits, incentives, and overtime!Schedules:1st Shift– Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 4:00PM2nd Shift– Monday – Friday from 4:00PM – 12:30AM3rd Shift– Monday – Friday from 12:30AM – 7:30AM2nd Shift Weekends– Two Weekday Shifts during 2ndShift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30PM – 12:30AM (12-Hour Shifts)3rdShift Weekends– Two Weekday Shifts during 3rdShift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30AM – 12:30PM (12-Hour Shifts)Pay Rates:$17.43-$25.08+/HR based on role and shiftResponsibilities:Operates equipment for production / processing operationOperate / monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performanceDocument machine and attainment performance dailyMeasures and checks raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients, and quantitiesMonitors controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctionsMaintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirementsMaintain safety standards across all work areasQualifications:Preferred Manufacturing experience – 1-2 Years+Solid computer skillsAbility to prioritizeAttention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and report it to the supervisor or team leadStrong analytical skillsAbility to effectively multitaskExcels in both independent and team environmentsStrong understanding and adherence to process disciplineAble to stand for long period of timeMechanical basics preferredComfortable in a Clean Room environmentIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this job posting and a Team Member will be in touch!Pay Details: $17.43 to $25.08 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
