Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) Travel PositionLocation: Florence, SCJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 5×8 DaysPay: $2,716/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Florence, SC. The OR RN will deliver exceptional perioperative care, assisting surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures while providing high-quality support to patients throughout the surgical process.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare the operating room and ensure all equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile.Provide direct care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.Assist surgeons during operations, maintaining a sterile field and anticipating needs.Monitor patients' conditions and respond quickly to any changes.Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress according to facility protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal surgical outcomes. QualificationsActive RN license in South Carolina or a compact state.Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience (travel experience preferred).Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional facility-required certifications as applicable).Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and recent tuberculosis test.Strong critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment.
