BenefitsMedical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401(k)Paid Sick hours Job Description A Datacenter Semiconductor Infrastructure Technician (often referred to as a Data Center Facility Technician or IT Infrastructure Technician) is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical hardware, power, and cooling systems that support high-performance computing, AI, and cloud services. Responsibilities24 hours/ 7 days Monitoring and operation based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systemsPerform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in DatacenterDatacenter facility monitoring and visual checkupsKnowledge on power, cabling, low voltage, generator, cooling related facility QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience working in data centersStrong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
