Concrete Finisher

KB Construction is seeking concrete finishers. Responsibilities include: Set forms for new residential construction: entries, driveways, patios, city sidewalks and approaches (a general knowledge of applicable building code is desirable). Prepare subgrade fill (we have an excavator). Pour and finish concrete. Hard trowel, broom finish, exposed finish, sand exposed as well as some occasional stamp too. The ability to hand trowel roughly 1000 square feet (the average 2 to 3 car garage) is desirable. Can stay and finish a garage floor alone Strip forms, load lumber on trucks and maintain a clean and professional jobsite. Requirments: - At least two year of experience (know how to finish broom, exposed, sand exposed) -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (traveling to work sites throughout the day) -Good attendance and on-time a MUST -Lift 50+lbs -Stand for 8+ hours -Have the required hand tools tools and rubber boots Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Concrete finishing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
