They act as a mentor and escalation point for the service and technical concerns of clients in their assigned portfolio. They assist their team by engaging the correct resources to solution effectively for the client and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with company values.With a strong focus on client satisfaction and SLA adherence, this position plays a key role in retaining client partnerships, driving team engagement, and aligning day-to-day operations with the strategic direction of professional services.
