Accounting & Billing Specialist

Job Description Crystal Communications is a family‐run two‐way radio and communications company seeking a dependable, detail‐oriented Accounting & Billing Specialist to support our financial and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our billing, payments, and accounting records accurate and up to date.We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys taking ownership of day‐to‐day accounting tasks in a small business environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process customer billing and invoicesHandle collections and follow up on outstanding accounts professionallyEnter and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) recordsReconcile credit card transactions and paymentsMaintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting logsProcess manufacturer and vendor warranty claimsTrack payments, deposits, and basic financial recordsMaintain organized digital and paper accounting filesIdentify discrepancies and communicate issues for resolutionProvide general accounting and administrative support as neededQualifications:Prior experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting supportStrong attention to detail and accuracyUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesProficiency with Excel and basic office softwareExperience using accounting software (Sage or similar preferred)Strong organizational and time‐management skillsAbility to handle confidential financial information responsiblyPreferred (but Not Required):Experience working in a small or family‐owned businessFamiliarity with service billing, inventory, or job‐costingExperience with warranty or vendor claim processingWhat We Offer:Stable, long‐term opportunity with a growing companyFriendly, supportive, team‐oriented work environmentCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany DescriptionStarting out as a small, family-owned and operated company, Crystal has evolved to be a multi-generation wireless leader.
