Come join our team!We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk-Customer Service Administrator.What You Will Do In The Position Customer Service Administration:Maintain CS schedule and coordinate team coverageAssist with daily MDI DataAssist with KPI monitoringReceptionist:Present a pleasant and welcoming demeanor to all internal and external customersAssist in the coordination of employee eventsClean kitchen fridge weeklyClean and prep coffee station for following dayGreet and welcome guestsAnswer incoming calls, assist customers with their needs, or, re-direct as necessaryFacilitate customer equipment drop offs and pickupsOrder Processing/ClericalProcess sales orders received via phone and emailRetrieve and reply to voicemails, and or, redirect as neededAssist with emailing customers sales order and invoice informationPerform customer account maintenanceProvide clerical support as neededProcess incoming and outgoing mailPrepare and process special customer mailings as directed.Performs all other job duties as assigned.What You Will Need To SucceedEffective, clear communication and customer skillsAttention to detailExcellent grammar skillsAccurate data entry skillsAbility to follow processes and procedures accuratelyComputer proficiency with an emphasis on Microsoft Office productsExperience with ERP software applications a plus. (CE uses Microsoft Dynamics AX)Flexibility to changing responsibilities2+ years Related ExperienceHigh School Diploma - RequiredTravel: 0%The posted pay range, $17 - $21.01/hr, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
