As a Crew Lead, you will oversee day-to-day landscaping and lawn care operations, ensure that projects are completed efficiently, and maintain a high standard of quality. You will guide and manage a team of crew members, provide training as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact between the team and management. Additional responsibilities may include planning and delegating tasks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with company safety protocols and schedules.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and oversee crew members effectively in the futureExperience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance services preferredKnowledge of equipment operation and maintenance for lawn and landscaping tasksStrong organizational and time management abilities to plan, delegate, and execute daily responsibilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, to relay instructions and interact with clients and team membersProblem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing project demandsPhysical capability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditionsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plusA valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
