In this Specialty Support II role, you will have a proven track record of being focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to achieve their business goals and objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print ShopProvide basic software and computer hardware support for Print Shop Team.Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of PrintersTroubleshooting and Maintenance of Sealing EquipmentManage the users for Uluro and other internal applications.Work with general direction to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in complex situations.Provide initial support structure for our FPS Application system and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.Setup new customers in various systemsCreate Signature and Logo files from submitted forms.Basic Qualifications0-2 years related work experience.Basic Understanding of Hardware maintenance and troubleshootingMust be proficient with and adopt new technologies.Preferred QualificationsBS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues.Exceptional communication and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges and opportunities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
