Facility is seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join team- Experienced, graduating resident or fellow Emergency Medicine physician preferred, other specialties will be considered.- Annual volumes in the range of 16,000- Solo physician coverage with advanced practitioner support from 10 AM to 10 PM each day. - Shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM with small overlap on each shift change to make sure appropriate hand-off is conducted- A separate walk-in clinic is across the street and staffed by a NP or PA from 9 AM until 7 PM- Strong specialist support available, including psychiatry- Trauma team available and required to be on-site within 20 minutes- Highly Competitive Compensation Plan with a Full Benefit Package including: CME Allowance, Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day), Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term disability, Professional Liability with tail coverage, Relocation Allowance, Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans- Completed a residency in emergency medicine, family medicine or med/peds required- Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
