Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and security
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve network issues promptly
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement security measures
- Manage VPNs, DNS, MPLS, IP networking, load balancing, and SSL certificates
- Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance
- Automate network tasks using tools like Ansible
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
Skills:
- Proficiency in VPN technologies
- Strong understanding of DNS protocols
- Experience with MPLS networks
- In-depth knowledge of IP networking and routing protocols
- Familiarity with load balancing concepts and technologies
- Ability to perform network monitoring and analysis
- Skilled in vulnerability assessment and security best practices
- Knowledge of SSH for secure remote access
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible for network configuration management
Leads the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network architectures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions into overall IT strategies. • Manage MS Office 365 tenant. • Has a strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.). • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations with little to no downtime. • Monitors network performance, identifies and implements solutions to enhance overall system efficiency. • Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware /software issues. • Proficient in diagnosing Network related connectivity issues and system problems and replacing equipment when necessary. • Building and setting up computer networks by physically installing, connecting, configuring equipment, and ensuring company-wide connectivity throughout. • Configure, monitor, and maintain email communications and security protection software. • Plan, manage and coordinate the development and operation of information systems or technology solutions to meet business needs and make recommendations for continuous growth. • Training of users on techniques to minimize malicious software threats. • Maintain network security through proactive monitoring with the ability to analyze and isolate issues immediately to ensure a thorough resolution. • Communicate to employees of any updates or changes that will affect operations of department. • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, and technical support. • Believes in and champions company core values and inspires others to do the same. • Other duties or projects as required or assigned

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
