We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Mats Department and help ensure our customers receive clean, high-quality floor mats every time.What You’ll DoAs a Mats Department Team Member, you’ll play a key role in processing and preparing floor mats for distribution. This position keeps our production floor running efficiently and safely.Your responsibilities will include:Receiving mats from dryers via conveyor system Sorting mats by size, color, and product type Operating commercial mat rolling machines safely and efficiently Using an overhead hoist system to lift and stage mat bags Inspecting mats to ensure they meet quality standards Removing and staging rejected mats according to company procedures Organizing and storing rolled mats to support accurate route fulfillment Maintaining a clean and orderly work area Reporting equipment issues or repeated quality concerns to your Supervisor Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced production environment where you’ll stay active throughout your shift.
