General Manager

Full Impact Training is looking for a full-time General Manager (Baseball Coach and Instructor) who can learn and understand our principles and philosophies and serve as a great role model for every player. The General Manager will be responsible for conducting instructions as well as administrative duties. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during evening and weekend hours. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Job Requirements:Oversee daily operations.Manage and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.Assist in scheduling and training staff (instructors).Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.Collaborate with Owner to implement strategies for business growth.Detailed knowledge of baseball and softball.Willingness to teach within a system.Excellent communication skills.Enthusiasm and a love for the game.Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days.Experience as an instructor or coach is required.Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Ability to work evenings and weekends.Instructor Responsibilities: Instruction for players of all ages in group classes and camp, private lessons and parties held at our facility and at offsite locationsTraining and adhering to Full Impact Training instructional philosophiesKnowledge of all Full Impact Training programsUse of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes (Baseline Pro)Use of video analysis systemSetting up rental equipmentExecution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanupUse of personal daily planner
