You will report to the Manager of Customer Reporting.What You'll DoProcess daily field labor reports and execute high-volume data entry for service and main installations into the Customer Reporting SystemManage the daily retrieval and release of work orders, ensuring all completed tasks are accurately logged in tracking systemsServe as a subject matter expert on corporate policies and customer regulations to ensure all data entry meets strict industry standardsPerform data entry to relieve and balance inventory levels within the reporting system, maintaining real-time material accuracyGenerate comprehensive quarterly reports on completed work orders and corrections to provide leadership with actionable operational insightsAct as a primary point of contact for internal staff and customer representatives to facilitate communication and resolve technical or reporting issuesOrganize and maintain secure electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure audit readiness and information accessibilityEngage in cross-departmental training and provide surge support to other teams to maintain seamless business continuityPerform other responsibilities as requested by leadershipWhat You'll HaveHigh School Diploma or equivalentProfessional experience utilizing Field Operations, Work Management, or Customer Management Systems within a construction environmentAdvanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite with a demonstrated ability to master new technologies and ensure high-level data accuracyPractical understanding of, or experience within, the natural gas utility industryProven ability to manage complex organizational tasks and navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously to meet strict deadlinesWhat You'll GetBenefit Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401K w/ Company Match Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays Potential Bonus Opportunities Career Development Opportunities Employee Discounts Weekly Payroll Work Environment Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 poundsLegal Stuff Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results Our Commitment to Opportunity This job description is subject to change at any time.
