This role is ideal for an attorney who is looking to take a lead role in case handling and gain substantial courtroom and litigation experience. Responsibilities: Manage cases from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy Qualifications: 2–8 years of civil litigation experience (insurance coverage or general liability preferred) Strong legal writing and research skills Excellent client communication and service skills Ability and desire to take ownership of cases and work independently Licensed to practice in Maryland (required) Additional licensure in DC and/or Virginia (preferred) Interested in hearing more?
