Adjunct Professor in the Education Department-Health and Physical Education

The Education Department is currently seeking applicants who are local to the Lancaster, PA area to teach on-campus courses in Health and Physical Education. Daytime availability is required. Job Summary:Adjunct faculty exist to teach and mentor students as scholars and/or subject matter experts in their chosen career. Adjunct faculty are expected to excel in classroom instruction and to fulfill various responsibilities related to their assigned teaching duties.Reports to: Academic Dean for Education, Counseling, and Social WorkPersonal Qualities:The desire to grow, develop, and mature, both spiritually and professionally.The ability to create and maintain a Christian professional atmosphere in all internal and external relationships.A spirit of cooperation and willingness to serve as a member of a team.A professional appearance.Education and Experience:A minimum of a master's degree in Education from an accredited institutionTeacher certification in Health and Physical Education, from Pennsylvania or another stateHigher education teaching experience preferred
