Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

We’re hiring an Oracle HCM Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity.Our client is looking for someone who can jump in and support their Oracle Fusion HCM environment while also helping mentor an internal team member for long-term success.What you’ll be doing:Provide hands-on configuration and support across Oracle HCMSupport day-to-day issues and enhancements while contributing to ongoing project workWork closely with the team to transfer knowledge and document processesHelp guide and mentor a junior resourceWhat they’re looking for:Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Redwood UI)Background across Core HR, Payroll, Talent/Performance, and Recruiting (ORC)Solid experience with Compensation (big plus)Exposure to Absence and BenefitsExperience with implementations, UAT, and working in team lead capacitySomeone who can balance hands-on work with coaching othersEnvironment:Mix of production support and project workSeveral modules live, with additional go-lives targeted for JuneDetails:12+ month contractStart: Early MayPrimarily RemoteTravel: About 1 week/month onsite in DelawareIf you are interested, please share your current resume when time permits.Thank you for your time!
