Lead Retail Sales Representative

Starting at $20/hour (DOE) + Full Benefits About the Role As a Lead Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the on-site leader of our Liberal retail store and a key part of delivering the friendly, reliable service our customers expect from United. This role combines hands-on customer service with day-to-day store leadership — helping customers with sales, service, and troubleshooting questions, and assisting with bill payments, while also supporting store operations such as opening and closing, inventory, and cash handling. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for both customers and team members, helping keep the store running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
