If you’re interested in joining a growing restaurant group and collaborating with some of the city’s leading culinary and hospitality talent, we’d love to connect!  Awards & Industry Recognition  Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants has received numerous accolades for culinary excellence, service, and innovation, including: Michelin Guide Washington, DC – One Star: Fiola, 2016-present  Michelin Guide Washington, DC – Recommended: Fiola Mare, Del Mar, Sfoglina James Beard Foundation – Award-Winning Chef & Multiple Semifinalist Recognitions James Beard Foundation – Award-Winning Chef & Multiple Semifinalist Recognitions Wine Spectator – Grand Award, 2019-present Wine Spectator – Best of Award of Excellence, 2014-present Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMMY Awards) – Multiple Finalist Honors Washingtonian Magazine – “100 Very Best Restaurants” The Washington Post – Three Stars Essential Duties & Responsibilities  Conduct the highest level of fine wine service standards   Balance floor presence with wine cellar responsibilities without disrupting service flow   Maintain consistent presence on the floor during all scheduled shifts   Drive wine sales by engaging with guests at all tables, including by-the-glass and private dining service   Update and maintain printed wine lists, including daily changes to pricing and inventory   Attend pre-shift briefings and document relevant guest, food, beverage, and operational updates   Maintain an organized wine cellar at all times, ensuring cellar spaces remain clean, secure, and properly organized   Maintain full awareness of wines being served throughout each shift   Conduct monthly inventory using Binwise software for daily and monthly operations   Complete all opening side work, handover, and closing duties per established task lists   Conduct tastings for potential wine purchases (when approved and in coordination with Corporate Wine Director)   Follow all operational procedures as outlined by Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants and management   Perform additional duties as assigned by management   Benefits Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.   Be part of an award-winning, growing restaurant group    Competitive pay    Training and professional development opportunities    Complimentary employee meals  Referral bonuses   Qualifications  Minimum of four years of experience in classic wine service, wine knowledge, and food pairing    Minimum of three years in leadership roles    Level II CMS certification preferred    Must be 21 years of age or older    Strong communication skills in English required    Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor    Strong understanding of fine dining service standards    More detail about Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants HQ part of Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, please visit
