Samples Warehouse Supervisor

Samples Warehouse Supervisor Ocala, FL Trinity Surfaces is seeking a Samples Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced samples warehouse. This hands-on leadership role ensures accurate inventory, fast fulfillment, and a high-quality samples experience that supports our customers and protects the Trinity Surfaces brand. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop a small warehouse team Manage daily sample production, kit-building, and fulfillment Ensure inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and clean system transactions Oversee inbound receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipping Maintain organized, efficient, and professional warehouse standards Partner cross-functionally to support business needs Drive process improvements and cost-conscious operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Warehouse operations experience; leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience a plus (p21 preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment Benefits: Medical Insurance (Trinity pays 100% of your premium) Dental & Vision Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Company-paid Life Insurance Retirement Plan with generous company match Paid Vacation & PTO Paid Holidays Wellness incentive programs with gym reimbursements Tuition Reimbursement Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screen.
