Account Manager

Join the International Guard Service Security Team At International Guard Services we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is a Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m. Please note that the position does have a company vehicle assignment, therefore the applicant must have a current, valid Driver's License, and pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report). To Be successful in this role a Manager will need to: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Utilize warm calling techniques to engage clients, and employees - Provide field support to clients as needed - Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop strategies for business growth - Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly Qualifications and Skills - Security Supervisor experience - Security Account Manager experience - Law Enforcement and Military background encouraged - Must have State Issued Level II Security License or above - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet policies and procedures accordingly - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to address field operations, compile data and identify key trends - Proficiency in negotiation techniques to meet the client expectations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $52,000.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Security Supervisor: 2 years (Required) Security: 2 years (Required) Law enforcement: 2 years (Required) Military: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
