Director, Go-To-Market Systems
Job DescriptionThe Director, Go‑To‑Market Systems is responsible for the strategy development and execution across sales technology initiatives. This role will optimize our sales technology stack, drive adoption, and ensure our sales organization has the tools and systems needed to exceed revenue targets. Successful execution will lead to sales pipeline acceleration, higher conversion close ratios, integrated selling, and achievement of growing revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts focused on sales technology solutionsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer‑centric thinkingBuild and scale the team in alignment with organizational growthCreate development opportunities that stretch individuals beyond their comfort zonePartner with IT, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Leadership on integrated technology solutionsServe as the liaison between sales teams and technical resourcesCollaborate with regions and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and sales productivityDesign, pilot, and deliver a limited number of tools that expedite key sales activities and are highly regarded by the sales forceOverall product manager responsible for the management of related user communications, training, awareness, and program measurement to drive tool utilizationDevelop and implement ongoing process for tech stack evaluation, optimization, and maintain vendor relationships to implement enhancementsPartner with sales leaders and outside vendors to strategize, develop, and implement plans to improve the performance of our sales teamsBuild, manage, and develop teams of managers and individual contributorsQualificationsAbility to create opportunities for development that stretch individuals outside their current comfort zone and provide ongoing coaching and developmentWell versed in sales enablement tools (Salesforce, BI, Outreach, Highspot)Highly collaborative, driven individual who takes initiative and is skilled at breaking a vision into actionable steps7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales technology, or business systems analysis3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading business analyst teamsDeep expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and the sales technology ecosystemProven track record of successful technology implementations and change managementStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiencesSalarySalary Range: $120,500 – $150,500.
