Our technicians use advanced equipment and proven cleaning techniques to create clean, healthy environments for homes and businesses. This role also serves as a Lead Technician, helping guide other technicians on job sites and ensuring high-quality results. What You'll DoAs a Cleaning Technician – Carpet & Floor Cleaning, you will: Perform professional carpet cleaning services using hot water extraction (steam cleaning)Clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, tile & grout, and other flooring surfacesOperate truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment and professional floor cleaning toolsLead and train technicians on proper cleaning techniques and equipment useCommunicate with customers and provide excellent service onsiteInspect completed jobs to ensure quality standards are metMaintain company vehicles, hoses, and cleaning equipmentDocument completed work and job detailsFollow company safety procedures and industry best practicesQualificationsWe are looking for candidates with experience in carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, or restoration services, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Preferred qualifications include: 2+ years experience as a carpet cleaning technician, floor cleaning technician, or restoration technicianExperience operating truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipmentLeadership or crew lead experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Carpet cleaning or floor cleaning experience preferred but not required. Paid training provided.IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
