**Job Duties/Scope Of Work**Under direction of the director of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture & Data Management Manager (EADM) to lead the Information Management Services EA and EDM function. The EAM will play a pivotal role in aligning technology infrastructure and processes with organizational business strategies, ensuring enterprise architecture advances operational efficiency, supports business goals, and fosters innovation in support of DOE Hanford Federal Office (HFO) critical missions.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and manage the EA and EDM teams, promoting collaboration, technical excellence, and a mission-focused culture.Provide mentorship and guidance to IT professionals, business partners, and stakeholders, fostering continuous learning and improvement.Enterprise Architecture (EA) And Enterprise Data Management (EDM)Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise architecture functions for DOE HFO systems, networks, and assets.Direct the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide processes, risk management, and defensive capabilities.Keep senior management informed on current and projected business intelligence solutions and strategy.Maintain strong collaborative interface with Hanford site stakeholders.Communicating technical direction to subcontractor, monitoring subcontractor performance, milestones, deliverables/submittals and supporting invoice reviews upon request.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to federal directives, including NIST, DOE Orders, FISMA, and site-specific requirements.Establish and enforce governance processes to manage the architecture lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Stakeholder EngagementServe as a liaison with internal stakeholders, federal leadership, contractors, oversight bodies, and integrated project teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners to facilitate alignment and collaboration.Strategic Planning & Architecture RoadmapsLead strategic planning initiatives and develop capability roadmaps to mature EA programs.Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmaps supporting long-term organizational vision and strategic initiatives.Technology Integration & Innovation[]{style="font-family: Verd"}
