Bilingual Training Specialist with Life Insurance License
A company is looking for a Bilingual Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate formal and informal learning experiences for bilingual audiences, including training related to products and processes
Develop bilingual communication materials and administer training assessments to evaluate effectiveness
Engage with business partners to plan learning events and manage classroom logistics
Required Qualifications
Education: High-School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Certifications: Life insurance sales license
Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in selling or training of service or tool
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field
Preferred Work Experience: 3 years of training delivery experience, preferably in the Insurance industry
