Strategic Finance Advisor Manager - Indirect Sourcing

Work Location This position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes travel as part of the responsibilities. Job Summary As a Strategic Finance Advisor Manager – Indirect Sourcing, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial results for our Supply Chain Sourcing team, specifically Indirect Sourcing. You will be the strategic financial advisor partnering with our Indirect Sourcing team, driving productivity and cost savings using data to provide actionable insights to your business partners. Your expertise will directly impact decision‑making processes. You will work within finance but will be exposed to all areas of the business, making this an amazing opportunity for an individual who can analyze data and work cross‑functionally. The ideal candidate will have experience providing financial support to a Supply Chain organization and partnering with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Forecasting, and Logistics. This is a highly visible role, reporting ideas and results to Finance leadership and the broader Acuity organization. Key Responsibilities Provide actionable insights to your process partners to drive positive financial outcomes. Create a vision and build financial reporting and metrics for the Indirect Sourcing function. Lead and manage cross‑functional financial reviews with process partners. Be the Finance link for Supply Chain, Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources and IT as they relate to Indirect Sourcing. Ultimately, you will make an impact on our company by helping us drive productivity and increase profitability by supporting the Indirect Sourcing Organization. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3‑5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a Manufacturing, Sourcing or Logistics environment. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneStream, and other ERP systems. Broad understanding of US GAAP. Travel Requirements 10‑25% Domestic and International Travel. Salary and Benefits The range for this position is $104,200.00 to $225,500.00, with placement within this range varying based on experience and geographic location.
