Project Manager – Construction & Retail ExpansionContract (12–18+ months) | High-Visibility RoleWe are partnering with a growing organization in the midst of a major expansion initiative, and they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to support both large-scale construction and nationwide retail growth.This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, driven by continued expansion plans. For the right individual, this could evolve into a long-term opportunity tied to future development projects.The OpportunityThis role will play a key part in two major initiatives:Overseeing the construction of a Multi-Million dollar facility near the company’s distribution center Managing the buildout of retail locations nationwide You will serve as the connector between internal leadership, contractors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track from planning through completion.What You’ll DoManage construction timelines, budgets, and project execution across multiple sitesPartner with internal teams and external contractors to deliver retail store buildoutsOversee the retrofit and development of leased retail spaces across various marketsCoordinate efforts across stakeholders, including executive leadershipLead project updates and present progress to senior leadership, including the CEOEnsure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company standardsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing construction projects, ideally in commercial or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of construction schedules and project lifecycle managementExperience working with distribution centers (DCs) or industrial facilities is highly valuedExposure to retail buildouts or multi-site projects is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locationsThe Right FitThis role requires more than just technical expertise.
