Maintenance Technician
Position Summary The Warehouse Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and control of production, processing, and warehouse equipment in compliance with FDA cGMP regulations (21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117). This role ensures equipment is maintained in a sanitary, calibrated, validated, and audit-ready state, and that all maintenance activities are properly documented, controlled, and reviewed. The position supports manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations while ensuring equipment performance does not compromise product safety, quality, identity, strength, or purity. Key ResponsibilitiescGMP Processing & Production Equipment Maintenance Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair processing and production equipment in accordance with approved SOPs and FDA cGMP requirements (21 CFR 111 & 117), including: Large food-grade mixers and blending systems Capsule processing, encapsulation, and packaging equipment Scales, weighing, and measurement devices Perform preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates as intended and remains in a state of control. Ensure equipment is cleanable, sanitary, and suitable for its intended use as required under cGMP regulations. Support equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers while maintaining procedural and documentation compliance.
