Assembler

*Title: Assembler (Final Assembly)* *Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92649* *Shift timings: 2:15pm-11pm* *Pay Rate- $20.00/hr.* *Job description: * * We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, test, inspect, and package plumbing faucets and fixtures to meet customer quality standards. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or assembly experience, enjoys hands-on work, and can effectively use hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Assemble plumbing faucets, fixtures, and related components. * Use adhesives, lubricants, and assembly materials as required. * Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. * Follow pick tickets, work orders, and assembly instructions accurately. * Locate, verify, and organize parts needed for assembly and packaging. * Perform final assembly, testing, and packaging of finished products. * Report quality concerns, damaged parts, and shortages to leadership. * Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools. * Maintain accurate documentation and production records. * Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of rework and repair orders. * Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. * Support additional production tasks as assigned. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience. * Experience using hand tools and power tools. * Ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and complete documentation. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Reliable, adaptable, and able to work overtime when needed. * Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to identify small cosmetic and finish defects.
