Come grow with us!Job SummaryThe primary responsibility will be for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform limited preventive maintenance on assigned machines. Ensure compliance with standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements and with the General Manufacturing Practices.Responsibilities & DutiesPerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipmentOperate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stopsCommunicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materialsHousekeeping and sanitationAbility to use hand tools regularlyAbility to color code barrels accuratelyAbility to complete a daily safety checklistFollow prescribed quality standardsEnsure proper handwashing and drying is doneProper use and storage of sanitation attireProper cleaning and sanitizing of equipmentEnsure proper Protective Personal Equipment is being usedAbility to read and follow recipesAssist with training other mixersPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsMust be able to read and write English proficiently to read recipesMust be detail-orientedAbility to work independentlyFlexible, with strong teamwork orientationStrong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvementDemonstrated ability to effectively implement change.Safe a proper adherence to machine use.Remain aware of surroundings and employee use of equipment.BenefitsComplete insurance package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Several low-cost supplemental plans.401(k) with up to a 4% employer match.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.A variety of bonus opportunities including attendance and referral programs.Numerous employee appreciation events throughout the year.QualificationsQualificationsCompleted the Alchemy training courses as defined by the Production Training MatrixPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.
