Technical Project Lead (Engineering)Ohio $80k–$140k + full benefitsWe’re supporting a global leader in critical power and infrastructure to hire a Technical Project Lead, ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer who has delivered full lifecycle projects and is ready to step into a broader, cross-functional role or a Junior technical engineer looking to evolve their skillset. The role:Lead engineering projects from concept through to product launch Translate requirements into technical specifications and drive delivery across teams Act as the bridge across electrical, mechanical, firmware and manufacturing Own project tracking, milestones and technical decisions Drive RCA (root cause analysis) and issue resolution Work on complex power distribution / switching systems What we’re looking for:Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background 5+ years delivering full product lifecycle projects Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills Experience in problem-solving / RCA environments Ambitious engineer looking to step into a leadership pathway Nice to have:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Scrum / Agile (SMC) experience or certification Why apply?Work on mission-critical, high-impact technology Excellent benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) match, wellbeing support Global organisation with strong career progression
