Systems Administrator

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Position Systems Administrator Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. May document internal policies, procedures and build instructions. May be expected to develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently. Requires an associate's degree in a related area with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Should have technical certifications defined in Section 9 – Required Certifications. Has knowledge of commonlyused concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
