Other duties may be assigned.The essential functions include:Highly skilled clinical practitioner who demonstrates active self-awareness, maintains impeccable boundaries and can manage stressful situationsPossesses crisis communication and clinical stabilization techniques consistent with the agency's trauma informed care philosophyFill in as interim therapist for FSP/Wraparound/Kaiser Wrap therapists who need case coverage when staff are out on PTO, or out on leaveComplete intakes as needed for staff new who are in the onboarding process, or staff who are returning from a leave.Practice consistent with code of ethics related to safeguarding individual's rights, using temporary psychiatric holds as the last means of intervention to ensure the individual's safetyEnsure the successful resolution of a psychiatric emergency including closing the feedback loop with the caregiver/family and treatment team on what to expect after the crisis has been resolvedWill be available to respond to all crisis calls from FRC division during business and after hours. Will provide phone coordination and clinical support to staffProvide in person crisis response and LPS assessment to all clients in FRC as well as FSP/WRAPAROUND clients, 24 hours up to 2-3 days a week. Complete LPS (5585, 5150) hold application as neededCollaborate weekly, with treatment team when identified on a caseCoordinate case-management and linkage services to clients and their family membersEvaluate client clinical progress and make recommendations as necessaryServe on agency committees and participate in general and/or team specific staff meetingsMaintain and complete all required county contracted, and commercial contracted documentation for each client on caseloadWrite progress notes in a timely manner and regularly meet productivity standard for billingMeet with Program Manager for individual supervision on a weekly basis.Other duties as requiredEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATESMasters degree in social work or marriage/family therapyLicense, waiver and/or registration with California Board of Behavioral SciencesValid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrierTRAUMA INFORMED CARE (TIC)Hillsides practices Trauma Informed Care (TIC) principles which recognizes the signs, symptoms, and widespread impact of trauma; Employees are asked to comprehensively integrate knowledge of Trauma Informed Care into policies, procedures, and practices with the goal to prevent re-traumatization which promotes healing of families, youth, individuals, and communities.Hillsides is an Equal Opportunity Employer
