Role Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer for a contract role located on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will oversee day-to-day quality control processes, maintain quality management systems, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to quality engineering standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve manufacturing quality performance and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices, including inspections, monitoring, and validation processesExperience with Quality Engineering methodologies and tools to improve manufacturing and production standardsKnowledge of Quality Management Systems to establish, implement, and maintain quality standards across operationsSkills in Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standardsFamiliarity with Quality Assurance processes for ensuring optimal product performance and reliabilityStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is preferredExperience in the manufacturing or MedTech industry is a plus
