You’ll move the organisation away from reactive support toward proactive, intelligent operations.What you’ll do:Elevate network visibility through advanced monitoring and observabilityDrive automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate resolutionStrengthen incident management and root cause analysisEnsure seamless delivery of network changes and new servicesPartner with engineering teams to maintain stability at scaleLead improvements across processes, tools, and operating modelsWhat you bring:15+ years in network/infrastructure operationsProven leadership with the ability to influence and drive changeExperience in large-scale, enterprise or carrier-grade environmentsStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network securityFamiliarity with cloud networkingExpertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisUnderstanding of ITIL / service management frameworksAutomation experience (Python, Ansible)
