As a HOST a great first impression is vital, you're responsible for making guests feel welcome, create memorable guest experiences, and maintain an expected level of organization, all while contributing to the restaurant’s success.Job Summary:Our Associates are at the heart of everything we do. They bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of teamwork to every shift. GUEST SERVICES plays a key role in creating an excellent first impression by warmly welcoming guests both over the phone and in person. They manage seating arrangements in the dining room, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, and optimizing sales opportunities.
