Our mission is to help every customer feel styled and confident with our one-of-a-kind selections. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service standards, manage inventory and staff, and drive sales to meet store goals. Additional responsibilities include implementing loss prevention strategies, maintaining an organized and appealing store layout, and fostering a positive working environment for team members. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Store Management and team leadershipKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and proceduresStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrior experience in the fashion or boutique retail industry is a plus
