Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.Responsibilities:Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, etcInspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel's high standardsReport any damages to the roomsRespond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patienceMaintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessaryStrictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulationsQualifications:Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferredAble to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performanceFriendly, customer-oriented personalityStrong organizational skills and an eye for detailAble to work quickly without compromising qualityCapable of light lifting and standing for long periods
