Household Manager (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private home. This is a long-term, trusted role for someone who takes pride in creating a calm, elevated, and smoothly run environment.The ideal candidate is a strong operator—someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and maintains consistently high standards without requiring constant direction.Compensation & SchedulePart-time salaried role averaging ~30 hours/weekCompensation equivalent to $30–35/hour ($900–$1,050/week)Stable, consistent pay with flexibility built into the scheduleWeekly Structure:Daytime shifts (non-transport days): 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PMEvening shifts (transport days): 1:00 PM – 8:00 PMApproximately 7 pre-scheduled evening shifts per month for child transportation (dates provided in advance)Remaining schedule is primarily daytime and flexibleLighter weeks during travel; occasional heavier weeks during projects or eventsResponsibilitiesHome Environment & Daily ResetPerform daily resets of the kitchen and primary bedroom to maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environmentMaintain a hotel-level standard in key spaces: beds made, surfaces cleared, spaces visually calm and intentionalLight hands-on tidying and organization (not deep cleaning)Household OperationsManage household vendors (cleaning, pool, HVAC, etc.)Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service schedulingMaintain organized systems for vendors, inventory, and home operationsOversee small projects and ensure the home runs efficiently at all timesFamily SupportProvide transportation for children approximately 7 evenings per month (schedule provided in advance)Ensure safe, reliable, and punctual coordination of evening logisticsIdeal CandidateHighly organized and detail-orientedConfident, proactive decision-maker who does not require constant directionTakes ownership of the home and anticipates needs before they ariseStrong judgment and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environmentExperience managing a private home, estate, or similar environment preferredComfortable coordinating multiple vendors and schedulesTech-savvy and systems-mindedDiscreet, trustworthy, and professionalAbout the RoleWe value a home that feels like a beautifully run boutique hotel—calm, organized, and always ready.
