Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Business Partner, or related Employee Relations role is required. Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Dispute Resolution, and Workplace Investigations is requiredEssential Technical/Motor Skills: Must possess strong computer and data-entry skills with proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic file management. The role requires the ability to accurately enter, audit, and retrieve data; operate standard office equipment; and follow standardized workflows for processing employee documents and reports. Essential motor skills include the ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions for typing and filing, lift up to 20-25 pounds, and reach or bend to organize files and office materials.
