The ideal candidate will partner with Product, GTM, and stakeholder teams to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence and scalable reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholder teams to understand business data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, build, and manage robust multi-step ETL pipelines using dbt and modern data engineering frameworks. Transform raw application and system logs into canonical datasets for analytics and reporting. Establish and maintain high standards for data integrity, reliability, and SLA compliance. Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights across the organization. Build foundational data products and self-service analytics tools to support cross-functional teams. Partner with Product and GTM teams to influence roadmap decisions from a data systems perspective. Become a subject matter expert in enterprise data architecture and organizational data models. Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related Data Science & Analytics roles. Strong experience partnering with Product and GTM teams to define and report on business-critical metrics. Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Airflow, and GitHub. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and modeling. Experience with dashboarding and visualization platforms such as Hex or similar BI tools. Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and analytics best practices. Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Hands-on, end-to-end problem-solving mindset with strong ownership mentality. Preferred QualificationsExperience building or scaling analytics/data engineering functions in startup environments. Exposure to modern AI-driven or agentic data engineering workflows.
